Collection review
The heritage Italian brand found
in 1960 by Valentino Garavani, for more than 50 years has been associated
with femininity, perfect aesthetic taste and luxury. Earning his name as
exquisite and glamorous dressmaker, Valentino was famous with using opulent
fabrics, embroidery and pleating. Keeping Masters’s classical looks Maria
Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Picciioli created collection with a Woman in mind
that appropriates the present moment. In the current collection we can see
these frilled tulle dresses and it is straight flashback to 1970s historical
collections.
